Khi cài Driver Wacom hoặc bất cứ phần mềm gì mà báo lỗi "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1.0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" thì các bạn fix lỗi này bằng cách sau :
Lỗi này là do window thiếu Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 ,2008,2010,2012,2015 Các bạn tải Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 tại link sau :

Bấm vào download , nếu máy bạn đang dùng hệ điều hành win 32 bit thì các bạn download file vc_redist.x86.exe , nếu dùng Win 64 bit thì download file vc_redist.x64.exe về cài lên rồi khởi động lại máy là có thể cài phần mềm, Driver Wacom bình thường.
